For those of you that are not aware of it, all AMERICANS have the right to own guns.  That's right, I said you have the Right, not the privilege!  But, there is a common misconception of those rights being perpetrated by the federal government.  Whether you believe in God our Creator or not, all rights by law, come from God the Creator.    The organic laws of the land, start with the Declaration of Independence.  The second paragraph of that declaration states where our rights originate.

"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed,"

Once "WE THE PEOPLE" declared our Independence from the King, our founding fathers set out to create a government that was both fair and just to it citizens.  Our founding fathers knew that the biggest threat to the liberty of the people was the government it was creating.  The Constitution was a contract between the states and federal government.  The states wanted to put limits on the federal government and they wanted those limits clearly written.  Thus, the Bill of Rights was added to the Constitution at the very beginning.  The constitution is a document,  that grants no powers or rights to the people, it creates limits which the federal government can not exceed, and confers some limited power and authority to the government.

Most people in the USA mistakenly say that they have "Second Amendment rights".  This is in-accurate.  The Second Amendment, and all other amendments, are a binding contract between the states and the federal government that create a fiduciary duty upon the federal government employees to PROTECT those rights.  The constitution grants no rights to the people.  It only limits the power of the government.

The people we send to Washington D.C. that REPRESENT US, want us to think that the Constitution grants us our rights and liberties.  Because if a document grants us our rights and liberties, then they can create another document (LAW) that takes those rights and liberties away.  This is the reason you hear the media and politicians talking about CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS.  You have no constitutional rights.  The constitution doesn't apply to you.   GOD THE CREATOR GRANTED YOU YOUR RIGHTS and the Boso's in Washington can't take away those rights.........but you can give them away!  Remember what I highlighted above in GREEN.  The federal government derives their powers from consent.  It was only 15 years ago that EVERYONE believed that law enforcement had to have a warrant, signed by a Judge to search your property.  Not anymore!  It is called a sneak and peak.  Law enforcement can now come on your property and search it.  Then, they go to a Judge and tell the Judge what they found and that CONSITUTES probably cause to get a warrant to search your property!  Really!  But, the Patriot Act was passed and no one complained.  PEOPLE WAKE UP!  IF YOU DON'T COMPLAIN, YOU CONSENT!!!!!!!!!!  

Since no one complained about anything else, the Federal government now believes the time is right to confiscate guns.  All they have to do is get your consent, and their fiduciary duty to protect your rights is eliminated.  For all of you out there that think this is a good thing, let me ask you this:   Why does the government want the citizens not to be armed?  What will they do to us if they get all the guns?  Is there an agenda that is being pursued? 

Let me put this another way:  Where are the majority of wars fought today?  Where do the majority of terrorist bombings occur?  The answer.......ANYWHERE BUT THE USA.  With rare exception, fighting is always somewhere else.  Why you ask?  Because our enemies are too smart to attack us in force on our own soil.  Because "WE THE PEOPLE" out number their army 1000 to 1.   Almost all mass shootings happen in GUN FREE ZONES.
